Psychologists call this the “social facilitation effect.”  We call it the “party effect,” because you’re having so much fun. You’re not thinking, “Oh no, another 15 minutes.” So you work harder…which means you enjoy higher levels of fitness than ever before.
  • You make faster progress with an instructor (or trainer) than when you work out alone. Your instructor helps you push yourself harder while you stay safe, respecting your own unique limits.
